Our free strategy call is an introductory conversation to assess fit. It does not create any obligation to purchase, and booking a call does not guarantee acceptance as a client. We ask that you provide accurate information and give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Any performance guarantee we reference — including the "6 Lead Guarantee" — applies only to active, paying clients and is governed by the specific terms set out in your signed service agreement. Eligibility, the definition of a "qualified lead," timelines, and remedies are defined there. Marketing statements on this website are summaries and do not by themselves create a binding guarantee.
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Booked & Polished and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed by your service agreement.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms (such as scheduling, CRM, advertising, and video tools). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.
The website and any free materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marketing results vary based on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
